Ever spent hours painstakingly copying video titles, descriptions, and other details from YouTube playlists into a spreadsheet? It's a tedious, error-prone process that eats up valuable time you could be using for more important tasks. We've all been there.
I was managing a YouTube channel for a client, and their playlists were growing rapidly. Keeping track of video information, especially for analytics and reporting, became a nightmare. I tried various tools, but none offered the simple, clean export I needed. I was stuck, spending hours each week just copying and pasting. That's when I decided there had to be a better way.
So, I built a tool that does exactly what I needed: effortlessly export YouTube playlist metadata to a CSV file. And now, I'm sharing it with you.
This simple, yet powerful tool allows you to:
Imagine: No more copy-pasting, no more formatting headaches. Just a few clicks and you have all the playlist data you need, ready for analysis, reporting, or any other use.
Stop wasting time on manual data entry. Get your YouTube playlist metadata in seconds with our easy-to-use exporter.
How long does it take to export the YouTube playlist?
Normally it won’t take more than a minute to get the playlist information. If your playlist contains more than 2000+ videos, it will take longer so we’ll automatically send an email to the registered email ID if any export takes more than a minute. We respect your time!
What is the difference between a free and paid account?
In a free account, you can export only 50% of the video information in the playlist. For example, if your playlist has 1000 videos, a free account exports only 500 video information. If you have a paid account, you can export all the video information from the playlist.
How many credits will be deducted for an export?
For every single YouTube playlist export, 1 credit will be deducted from your account.
What does the CSV file contain?
Your CSV file contains the video details such as title, description, video URL, thumbnail URL, video added to playlist time, video published time, playlist hosted channel name, video owner title, video owner channel ID, video ID, Video URL, video tags, category, audio language, view count, likes count, favorite count, comments count and video duration
